We have launched a project that will revolutionize our cooperative partner collaboration management system: in the coming weeks, the partner rating calculation process will be digitized and automated, with the goal of improving regulatory compliance, effectiveness, and transparency.

Project Objectives

• Transparency: make the criteria for assigning contracts to partners demonstrable and clear through an objective and monitorable evaluation system.
• Efficiency: centralize rating management operations on a single digital platform, eliminating manual activities and reducing the risk of errors.
• Performance monitoring: measure and track rating variations over time, comparing them with internal benchmarks to promote continuous improvement.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to regulations, including Organizational Model 231 and ISO37001 standard (anti-corruption).

The Technology

To meet these needs, we will implement ARXivar NEXT, the Italian Enterprise Information Management (EIM) platform that measures and manages the lifecycle of any information, content, event, and process.

The project will include:

• Process automation: centralization of the rating management system, eliminating the need for email exchanges and the use of Excel files.
• Customized user interfaces: for both partners and Ciclat’s internal team.
• Integration with existing systems: The system will integrate with currently used software, facilitating data synchronization.
• Real-time monitoring: A dashboard will allow partners and Ciclat management to view the rating.
