Gender Equality Certification

Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente promotes an inclusive corporate culture, valuing diversity and supporting women’s empowerment. This commitment has been recognized by UNI PdR 125:2022, the gender equality certification, obtained on April 4, 2025.

Our gender equality policy includes: personnel selection policies based solely on competencies, constant salary monitoring, initiatives to prevent harassment and discrimination, rapid resolution of any issues, and a continuous training program.

We promote work-life balance with parental support initiatives and are committed to continuous improvement.

Reports

Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente invites you to report any behavior not in line with the company’s gender equality policy, ensuring maximum confidentiality in compliance with Law 179/2017.

What to report

  • Workplace harassment

  • Physical and verbal abuse, especially toward women
  • Gender discrimination in working conditions, access to training, or granting of benefits
  • Unjustified pay disparities
  • Any violation deemed not in line with company policies
