During these first weeks of 2024, Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente has carried out the update of the procedures and reporting system related to the Whistleblowing Decree.
For this reason, a new section has been published on the corporate website where it is possible to report any illicit behavior or irregularities that may occur during Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente’s activities. The objective is to provide an accessible, independent, and secure method where anyone—workers, members, or their employees—can report, denounce, or simply bring to light behaviors or statements considered harmful to their own rights or those of others.
Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente has long been compliant with Decree 231/01 and ISO 37001 certified (anti-bribery management system); therefore, this was primarily a procedural adjustment motivated by the new regulatory framework, with the aim of increasing the level of security and legality within the supply chain.
