Albatros Ecologia Ambiente Sicurezza
A company operating in the circular economy sector. Its main activities include recovery and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous special waste, environmental remediation, waste transportation and micro-collection, industrial cleaning, and operation of waste treatment facilities on behalf of third parties.
CFG Ambiente
A company operating in the circular economy sector with ownership by Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente (60%), Gea Depurazioni (20%), Forlì Ambiente (15%), and Faenza Spurghi (5%). The company was established to handle treatment and recovery of non-hazardous waste and soil washing.
Ecojanas
A company operating in the circular economy sector based in Sassari. It is owned by Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente (24%), Gruppo Natura (51%), DLR Ambiente (10%), and Matica (15%) and operates a dry fraction municipal waste treatment facility.
IAM
A company specializing in special waste management (hazardous and non-hazardous). It operates one of the two authorized storage centers currently serving the artisan and industrial sector of San Marino. Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente has acquired 70% of the company shares.
Progetto Mantova
A special purpose consortium company established under the Mantova Ambiente concession for integrated municipal waste cycle management. Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente holds a 69% stake, while the remaining shares are held by the Frassati and Progetto Ambiente cooperatives.
Sogeco
A special purpose consortium company established to manage the ARO Lecce 2 contract more efficiently.
Stargreen
A company operating in the circular economy sector with ownership by Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente (51%), Ecotrash (40%), and an individual shareholder (9%). Based in Pietragalla (PZ), it was established to handle organic waste storage and recycling.
CIS – Ciclat International Services
Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente also holds equity in CIS – Ciclat International Services with a 50% stake, while the other 50% is held by Consorzio Ciclat. The company was established to enter the international environmental services market.
