The process complies with the regulatory changes introduced by Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national legal provisions (the so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”). Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente continuously implements strategies aimed at preventing unlawful conduct and has therefore adopted the principles and requirements contained in the aforementioned Legislative Decree 24/2023, entrusting the Whistleblowing Function to Conforme Srl of Bologna.
The reporting procedure is an integral part of the Organization, Management, and Control Model for crime prevention pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. For the submission and management of reports, Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente has implemented a dedicated IT platform, which serves as the preferred channel for submitting reports.
