We comply with the SA8000 Standard and adhere to national and international regulations, including ILO Conventions and those of the United Nations.

Commitment throughout the supply chain

We require the same standards of Social Responsibility from our entire supply chain and maintain an open dialogue and ongoing communication with all stakeholders, ensuring that human rights, sustainability, and social responsibility are always at the center of our activities.

Our commitments include:

  • Rejection of child labor and forced labor

  • Ongoing commitment to health and safety at work

  • Protection of freedom of association

  • Rejection of any discrimination based on ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, or other personal conditions.

  • Exclusive application of disciplinary practices provided by law or collective agreements

  • Guarantee of sustainable working hours and fair compensation

Child remediation

Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente does not use or support the use of child labor.

Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente’s Social Responsibility policy and system procedures define operational practices to prevent the hiring and exploitation of children.

Complaints

Complaints relating to facts and events of an abusive, offensive, or illegal nature occurring in the workplace or related to it and in violation of the Social Responsibility principles of the SA8000 standard may be addressed to:
