The Code of Ethics expresses the ethical commitments and responsibilities that the company assumes during the execution of its activities.
Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente bases its work on principles such as people-centricity, dignity of work, sustainability, reduction of environmental impact, open and constructive collaboration.
For this reason, Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente has chosen to operate in a market where the principles of competence, legitimacy, and fairness prevail and has adopted a Code of Ethics, approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting, which is valid both in Italy and abroad.
The Shareholders’ Meeting binds the conduct of directors, managers, attorneys, all employees, and collaborators of the Company to compliance with this Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethics applies to all companies registered in the Shareholders’ Register and is binding for the conduct of all collaborators.
