Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente guarantees high standards of ethics and transparency and has adopted the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments.

This model includes the Code of Ethics and specific management procedures, fundamental tools for preventing misconduct and promoting a responsible corporate culture.

The Code of Ethics expresses the ethical commitments and responsibilities that the company assumes during the execution of its activities.

The Shareholders’ Meeting binds the conduct of directors, managers, attorneys, all employees and collaborators of the company to compliance with the Code of Ethics.

Anti-Corruption Prevention in accordance with UNI ISO 37001

Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente has adopted the anti-corruption management system in accordance with UNI ISO 37001:2016 – ABMS. A commitment shared with all our stakeholders.

With the objective of ensuring maximum transparency and legality, we are committed to:

  • Prohibiting and preventing all forms of corruption, active or passive.
  • Complying with national and international regulations.
  • Mapping risks and adopting effective control procedures.
  • Continuously training personnel on ethics matters.
  • Protecting those who report misconduct (whistleblowing), ensuring confidentiality and protection from retaliation.
  • Continuously improving our management system under the supervision of the Prevention Officer.

Legality Rating

The Italian Competition Authority AGCM has awarded Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente the Legality Rating with a value of “Three stars”.

This recognition values companies that operate in compliance with regulations and correct principles of competition during the performance of their activities.
