The shareholders’ meeting of Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente approved the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, on the morning of June 27, 2026.

The Ravenna-based cooperative, which provides urban hygiene and transport services throughout the national territory, recorded a production value of 221.4 million euros, marking a further increase compared to 2024. At a financial level, the cooperative continued its policy of capitalization and allocation to risk and doubtful debt funds, with net equity reaching 18 million euros. The excellent capital conditions also allowed for the suspension of the mandatory capitalization process for members, which was previously linked to the increase in turnover.

“The cooperative’s development path – highlights the president, Lucilla Fabrizzi – is proceeding according to the mandate and the three-year industrial plan. Looking at the coming months of activity – she continues – new growth projects have already been launched and will be completed between the end of summer and next autumn. Among these, a significant milestone will be the opening of our new headquarters in Porto Mantovano (MN), a facility that will allow us to further consolidate our presence in that territory.”

The Mantua office will be added to the other 6 offices already present in Emilia Romagna in the cities of Ravenna (via Romagnoli, via Baiona, via Di Vittorio, via Magnani), Forlì (via Golfarelli), and Coriano (RN).
