Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente of Ravenna has obtained UNI PdR 125:2022 certification for Gender Equality. This voluntary certification, which attests to equal opportunities between female and male workers of the cooperative, is only the latest milestone in a process of refining the organizational structure that has led Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente to define a corporate culture based on principles of safety, social responsibility, environmental protection, quality, equity, and legality already integral to the daily work of the Ravenna-based organization.

As required by the certification standard, Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente has adopted its own Gender Equality Policy which has been approved by the Steering Committee for Gender Equality – composed of Lidia Palumbo, Lucilla Fabrizzi (Rsgg), and Cesare Bagnari (CEO) – and by the Board of Directors of the cooperative. The Policy has been published on the dedicated gender equality page of the company website and is freely accessible. The same page also includes a form for reporting behaviors or situations that are not in line with the Gender Equality Policy, which may concern gender discrimination, pay disparities, harassment, but also serve as a channel to collect suggestions or advice on gender equality issues.
