This voluntary certification, which attests to <strong>equal opportunities between female and male workers of the cooperative<\/strong>, is only the latest milestone in a process of refining the organizational structure that has led Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente to define a corporate culture based on principles of <strong>safety<\/strong>, <strong>social responsibility<\/strong>, <strong>environmental protection<\/strong>, <strong>quality<\/strong>, <strong>equity<\/strong>, and <strong>legality<\/strong> already integral to the daily work of the Ravenna-based organization. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The gender equality certification is the result of a process of <strong>evaluating and refining our company procedures<\/strong> aimed at ensuring the <strong>same opportunities for training, growth and career advancement, remuneration, and professional development for all workers<\/strong> &#8211; emphasizes <strong>Lidia Palumbo, Human Resources Manager of Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente<\/strong> -. We are <strong>proud<\/strong> to have obtained this certification, which confirms our commitment to <strong>go beyond legal requirements<\/strong> by implementing business practices that promote the development of our personnel.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;What gives us the most satisfaction &#8211; adds <strong>Gianni Angeli, President of Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente<\/strong> &#8211; is that when we began to <strong>analyze the indicators necessary for certification, we realized that the cooperative already met the parameters<\/strong> and no major interventions were necessary. This means that <strong>at Ciclat, all people have the same opportunities for access and professional growth<\/strong>.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>As required by the certification standard, Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente has adopted its own <strong>Gender Equality Policy<\/strong> which has been approved by the <strong>Steering Committee<\/strong> <strong>for Gender Equality<\/strong> &#8211; composed of Lidia Palumbo, Lucilla Fabrizzi (Rsgg), and Cesare Bagnari (CEO) &#8211; and by the <strong>Board of Directors<\/strong> of the cooperative. The Policy has been <strong><a style=\"color: #008000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ciclatambiente.it\/sostenibilita\/parita-di-genere\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">published on the dedicated gender equality page of the company website<\/span><\/a><\/strong> and is freely accessible. The same page also includes a <strong>form<\/strong> for reporting <strong>behaviors<\/strong> or <strong>situations<\/strong> <strong>that are not in line with the Gender Equality Policy<\/strong>, which may concern gender discrimination, pay disparities, harassment, but also serve as a channel to <strong>collect suggestions or advice<\/strong> on gender equality issues.  <\/p>\n<p>Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente is a cooperative based in Ravenna that operates primarily in the environmental services and transportation sector. <strong>Present in 12 Italian regions<\/strong>, Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente <strong>brings together 211 entities<\/strong>, including professionals and companies.
