Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente Soc. Coop, always committed to customer satisfaction, achieved other important milestones in 2015: after obtaining certification of conformity of its System to BS OHSAS 18001:2007 standards in February and, following the merger between Ciclat Ambiente and Ciclat Trasporti, successfully integrating the Systems of the two companies, it became SA8000:2008 certified in August.
Now it reaches another important milestone: on December 17, it will receive the Certificate of Excellence from the Director of the Emilia Romagna and Marche Area Manager, Mr. Alessandro Pozzi of Certiquality. Certiquality’s recognition rewards companies that demonstrate not only a particular commitment to customer satisfaction, but also attention to environmental protection, worker health and safety, and the welfare of their members, certifying the three Systems (quality, environment, and safety) in an integrated manner.
The management of Ciclat Trasporti Ambiente recognizes that this achievement was the result of teamwork, involving not only management, but all employees and members of the Cooperative.
The Certificate of Excellence is a milestone, but also the starting point for new challenges and a stimulus for continuous improvement.
